Improve motion video list UX

Currently, our motion video list is a very simple list from newest to oldest. If we were to want to view a motion video from 15 days ago (say 500 videos ago), it would take a lot of scrolling and be very painful to do so. For motion videos older than a day, we should compartmentalize them into month and day folders.
