So to block using any portal rather than the portal they entered? thats a decent idea being able to set the global cooldown for a user after use. |

you should add a section for wait time, if an owner wants a cooldown on portals for example, if there is a portal that teleports near another portal (so players can go back and forth) people can go back and forth through the portals to avoid combat
