Set status language from RSS feed or default language

Mastodon (and masto) supports setting a language attribute for each status.

Some RSS feeds provide this information in the language attribute which is supported by feed-extractor in the FeedData type.

If the RSS feed provides a language attribute, it should be used to populate the language attribute of each Mastodon status or fall back to an optionally configured default language.
