Customize status format

mastofeedbot currently only posts the feed entry title and link.

It would be great if the format of the status was configurable.

As an additional idea, the spoiler_text feature in Mastodon could be used to post the entry title and show (parts of) the entry description after clicking on the spoiler warning.
