HI House Humidity Drift 7d

After upgrading from Humidity Intelligence 1.0 to 2.0 everything is working great, except the Hi House Humidity Drift 7d. No entry point are visible and also after three weeks nothing is visible. What could be wrong and what can I check to make this working?
Hopefully you can give me the right direction.
