  • Creating a new 'histology' or editing an item, seems to only indicate "epithelial" as the parent cell source option however this should probably link to the "Tissue" list of items in it's lookup? Or would that be "Cell_Source"?

  • The "cell source" table has a link to a given "Histology" ID. It is not clear what values should be included or used to fill in the fields (see 'BiobankSchemaDraft.csv’, https://cornell.box.com/v/BiobankSchemaDraft)

  • "Histology" is also linked to "Inventory", maybe because of the source of the materials?

  • currently a "Histology" record does not have a "notes" field, and this is probably an item value that really needs a VARCHAR notes field. The fields available now in a "Histology" record are:
    histology. id
    histology. version
    histology. name
    histology. parent_id
    histology. status
