Incompatibility Report: WPEngine Edge Full Page Cache

This is not a bug but an incompatibility report. I'm sorry if I posted it in the wrong place, but I think others might find this information useful, or it might be useful in the wiki, etc.

All in the title: WPEngine's Edge Full Page Cache (primary domain only) product/service breaks the Mobile-Detect script - Mobile-Detect users hosting at WPEngine should disable this cache type in order to make mobile detection work.
