'Generated PDF file is empty' error from Client browser

I have hosted my app on a cloud server accessed via a public IP.
The path to the wkhtmltopdf.exe file is stored in the appsettings.json as wwwroot/Content/site/images/wkhtmltopdf.exe
I am able to generate pdf successfully from inside the server but from client browser i get the below error.
Please any help will be greatly appreciated
