Installation through Composer

Hello, I'm using your plugins for a while now and it simply works great.
Now I'm trying to include it in one of my custom plugin (not theme) via Composer, but I noticed that it not locate its file inside the "vendor" folder, but instead it automatically generate the "wp-content/plugin/name-of-the-plugin' folder structure.
Is there a way to avoid this?
