[Google Search API] [Google Light Search API] Slow response time

A customer reported that some Google Light responses were taking longer than usual.

I don't see this reflected on our status page. Instead, I'm seeing Google Search API response time is decreasing. Not sure if they're relevant.

We have fixed this issue. Response time for both Google Search API and Google Light Search API should now be back to normal.
