Feature Proposal: Automated logging (creation of cloudwatch log group, role and logging configuration)

This is a (Feature Proposal)

Would be great if setting the logging configuration automatically created the required log group with logical naming strategy etc and required roles. I can look at creating a PR for this

I would like to have it. I had to find #414 so I could really understand that they are not created automatically ( which I asumed ).
