stillImage is blurry until opened in homekit

Describe the bug
using mediamtx rtsp-server see config
my Camera UI config

when I open the home app or the camera.ui interface the still image is very blurry.
open directly the stream and it's clear for the moment but blurry shortly after.

clear image I had this before I went to using the rtsp
