Did this plugin stop working? Menu Item Does Not Show - VSCode v1.108.2

Describe the Bug

I am on Fedora 43, in normal VS Code install, and I remember this plugin working previously, however I do not see the menu item any longer.
I'm not sure if a setting is affecting it, but I don't see anything upon initial search.
The plugin is enabled, and updated to latest.
However I don't see the menu item to "Add to excluded items...":

Extension Output

The output only shows the initial workspace:

Workspace: /home/rw3iss/Sites/ven/other/ai

Steps To Reproduce

1. Right click on any item (in a workspace, or non-workspace folder)
2. Note that the 'Add item to excluded files' option is no longer available
3. VS Code version (latest): 1.108.2

Expected Behavior

Right clicking an item in the explorer should show the option 'Add item to excluded files'
