  1. We should have some way to package up a more complete icon theme and settings for netsurf, so users don't have to do that manually
  2. Preferences window doesn't have localization working
  3. Bookmarks aren't saved, probably path issue?

It would also be good to create a patch for snprintf in libdicl rather than the current hardcoded lengths, which could fall prey to some kind of overflow.
