Can not accept db_dump_dir configuration #129

So strange. When I set the value of db_dump_dir to ./db, I alway got the error message.

Exception while executing on host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: SCP did not finish successfully (1): scp: ./db/stone_production_2020-03-14-103736.sql.gz: No such file or directory (SSHKit::Runner::ExecuteError)

Thinks that may be some bug in this repo.

I have checked this at the version of v0.6 and master branch of this repo. both got the same error.
