How to initially render dark theme?

Hi, how to initially render dark theme? Before <ThemeProvider defaultTheme="dark" storageKey="vite-ui-theme">?
I tried add in index.css:
color-scheme: dark;
and <meta name="color-scheme" content="dark" /> in index.html but its not working.

I get flickering on Remix(react router framework) - app renders in light theme initially
