Caret moves back at the beginning of bold text

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to to the demo page https://64d9jc.csb.app/
2. Remove all the text in the content editable after the bold text
3. Focus out of the content editable
4. Focus back in at the end of the content editable
5. Type any character, the character appear but the caret move at the beginning of the bold text

Expected behavior
The caret should not move back a the beginning

Additional context
It seems to only happen when the last portion of text wrapped in a html tag (like <b>). It works ok on Safari though.
