Mac setup - assumes brew & Xcode CLI tools are installed

TODO: make this a script here

• show hidden files in finder defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE then killall Finder
• brew install cask
• brew tap caskroom/versions
• brew cask install alfred
  • set shortcut to cmd + space
  • add ~/Applications to features -> search scope
  • add gcal command, open in a browser: alfred://customsearch/Google%20Calendar/gcal/utf8/noplus/https%3A%2F%2Fgoogle.com%2Fcalendar
• brew cask install google-chrome
