number/scalar to hex or binary?

Hi!

I found this great tool very recently and I'm looking for a way to convert my result number in hex or bin...something like this way:

15 -> hex
0xF

This is a reverse conversion of hex(15) = 0xf

Please kindly guide me how I can do this?

I'm sorry, I found that hex() is just added and I followed it to generate my own bin() as below in my init.nbt.
