What is your visual studio version and CLion version? According to https://aka.ms/pch-help one fix is to update visual studio. I’d like to support older versions of VS though.

from what i understood, the memory allocated for the precompiled headers is too small. what you can do to fix it is add:

/Zm 150

to the line where you're compiling the headers, it's not an issue with your RAM or SSD.
(if that still doesn't work, just make the 150 a bigger number till it does)
