Properly validate incoming and raw transactions #8
Description
- Add some sanity tests when decoding raw transactions (ensure the structure is correct, limit the number of inputs/outputs, the size of variable-length fields, etc)
- Verify the inputs signature is correct
- For transaction requests, identify and display the signing party
