By default, the Next/Submit buttons on Wizard component should be disabled when a required field is not provided

Description: Currently, when a configurator wants to disable buttons and only enable them when required fields are populated, a custom "enabled" property is used on each step.

Requirement: By default, if a form contains required fields, the Next or Submit button should be disabled until the required fields are populated.
