Tab component flickers when position is set to right/left and tab type is line

When you set position to Right/Left while tab type is Line, the component immediately flickers

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://function-adminportal-test.shesha.dev/shesha/forms-designer?id=7caed661-a102-4b4c-8de6-585290c4a608'
2. Click on 'Tab' component
3. From the properties panel, click on Tab type and select Line, then navigate to Position and select Right/Left
4. Actual Results: The component flickers immediately

Expected behavior
The component should display smoothly without flickering when the position is set to right or left, and the tab type is set to line
