[logger] rename LoggerService to BaseLoggerService #48
Description
while updating a project to the new logger we encountered the issue that it can happen vey fast that you accidently try to inject the LoggerService from the @shiftcode/logger package instead of the LoggerService from @shiftcode/logger-inversify or @shiftcode/logger-nest.
Therefore we decided to rename the Loggerservice in this package to BaseLoggerService
