Chrome v0.1

Manifest Version 3 variant for Chrome, with a new interaction paradigm.

• No request redirection, extension exists alongside native viewer
• Use context menu to open links to PDFs
• Unified action to load the currently (natively) opened PDF
• Context menu on the action to copy the original URL
• Solarized to be the default theme
