                            Special GPL exception.

In addition, as a special exception, the copyright holder of BuguRTOS,
gives You the additional right to link the unmodified code of BuguRTOS with
code not covered under the GNU General Public License ("Non-GPL Code") and to
distribute linked combinations including the two, subject to the limitations
in this paragraph.

   1. Non-GPL Code permitted under this exception must only link to the
      unmodified code of BuguRTOS through the BuguRTOS API.
   2. Every copy of the combined work is accompanied by a written statement
      that details to the recipient the version of BuguRTOS used and an
      offer by yourself to provide the BuguRTOS source code should the
      recipient request it.
   3. Non-GPL Code add significant and primary functionality to BuguRTOS 
      and do not merely extend the existing functionality already present 
      in BuguRTOS.
   4. The combined work is not itself an RTOS, scheduler, kernel or related
      product.
   5. The combined work is not itself a binary library intended for linking
      into other software applications.
   6. BuguRTOS may not be used for any competitive or comparative purpose, 
      including the publication of any form of run time or compile time 
      metric, without the express permission of the copyright holder of 
      BuguRTOS.

This exception does not however invalidate any other reason why the combined 
work might be covered by the GNU General Public License.
