Logging when a connection is successfully re-established

Hi,

It would be great if it could log when a connection is successfully re-established, at the same logging level as the highest level that the connection failed one went out on...

If I've been getting a few emails telling me that it's failed to connect to Shotgun, I'd like the last of them to be one telling me that the issue is resolved. If they were only warnings, then I'd like the log to have one saying that the issue is resolved...

I've actually implemented this at my end - I'm happy to chuck the code over if you'd like...
