Dear Shufang, I have some questions about the accuracy of DeePhage, after completing the test on example.fna.
My test results were shown as following picture.
For the virulent_phage1, 7 of 10 CDS sequences were classified as temperate. (It seems a wrong classification?)
For the temperate_phage1, 2 of 10 CDS sequences were classified as virulent. (This seems more acceptable)
Maybe the software has a stronger preference for Temperate virus?
