Enhancement - Date picker, Date Time picker and Time picker

Prerequisites

Suggestion / feature request

Enhancement suggestions:

1. Support of Timezone selection in Date Time picker and Time picker. E.g. UTC and Local. Based on selected date/time and Timezone , below should object return time as per selected Timezone .
   NOTE: In CDS UI & API, we need to send selected date and time in timezone format
   E>G. {from: '2025/01/23', to: '', time: '16:57:01'}

2. Currently, all components are get appended in body only. Can we option to open on element like textbox, button, icon or link button similar like Date Dropdown?

I don't think we support Timezone in any component. If it is there, can you please guide me where and how to use that?
