upload/install new immutable image (swu) via the www interface

When running a mtda-image-immutable image, we may want to offer upload and installation of new image via the www interface. At some point, we probably need some kind of user/admin authentication to restrict operations that we offer in the www interface

Hi, we probably want to add this to the mtda-cli as well (and enable it in mtda via config). Then, we could reuse the streaming infrastructure we have for storage write to transmit the image. Internally, the image can be provided to swupdate via the swupdate-ipc socket.

For larger deployments, I recommend to just use WFX, though. Internally we have an example how to set this up, but this likely should be added to the public MTDA docs.
