I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.
Overall summary
When I lock my laptop and unlock it again, Signal Desktop has lost connection to the phone. No messages are ever found, even when someone sends me a message that I receive on the phone. I can type a message but it gets one outlined checkmark and it is never sent. (I first thought it happened after I left the house with my phone so the phone was no longer on the same network, but now the phone did not leave the house so the one thing left is the lock screen.)
I have to kill the process and restart Signal Desktop and then it will be as normal.
I am on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS with Signal Desktop 7.14.0 amd64.
A Quit option in Signal would be nice. Closing the app is not good enough for the restart.
Any thoughts?
Steps to reproduce
send anything with Signal on Android or Signal Desktop

I was installing a new laptop so was not able to provide any info. But it happens on the new laptop as well Xubuntu 24.04. I'll do some testing and provide logs.
Using a supported version?
