• Get inline CSS out of the templates and into the main css sheet.
• Fix filter to/from fields to support account ID or Account name or account address.
• Fix value field to accept token name? this is a number field so, may not be fun.
• Has message checkbox? so you can find various types of tx's that has a readable message?
• Add message byte array decode for contract payments
• Add message byte array decode for marketplace
• Add message byte array decode for account update
• Add message byte array decode for distribute to holders
• Add message byte array decode for multi-transfer

filter fields by S- address and account name, also added "has message" check box in this pr: #181
