Example of using custom theme?

I would like to use a custom theme—e.g. those made available at https://github.com/brijeshb42/monaco-themes/tree/master using the json files.

Are there any examples that illustrate how to accomplish this? Both the microsoft docs and the docs.rs/monaco docs are a little sparse on this topic
