Add Country field to early dictionaries

The early dictionaries are missing the country field which was added to the website template. We would like it added to the early dictionaries so that country information can be added.

The countryName field can be seen in the dictionary site's settings
Network->sites-> Website->Edit->settings

It is only editable if it exists so we would like a field in the Webonary module under Super Admin to manage it
