Operation that happen outside of form schema should be using GraphQL #142

One of the output of the peer review for form schema was that we should be using GraphQL for non form schema operations.

Acceptance criteria

Fetching the link description is done via GraphQL
Deleting link is done via GraphQL.
All other functionality is still functional.
