Hello,

Nice editor, but can you document what the configuration options do? Some are self-explanatory, while others are, um, not (in bold):

$DIRS_AT_TOP=TRUE;
$SHELL_PRE='';
$BRANDING_HEADER='';
$BRANDING_FOOTER='';
$DEFAULT_DIR='';

also the top of the file is missing config parameter $ALLOW_SHELL=FALSE; used later in the script.
