Better header for subpages #52

The current implementation of the header on subpages (/blog, /about etc.) is very early and needs a redo.
Consider the following features:

Ability to highlight the current subpage
Sticky header (bonus if it automatically hides, shows up based on scrolling direction)
Responsive
