Provide more detailed stats for regions

Some users would like to see more detailed information for each region.
Such information should not be part of the main dashboard view.
However, it might be possible to, for example, expand a region's data when clicking on the region name.
This expanded view could then contain more information such as the percentage of rides with incidents etc.
