ts-lib-scripts 目前支持两种打包方式：

--simple（默认）：tsc + babel
旧的方式：rollup + tsc

目前无论哪种方式，对于大型项目来说，打包速度堪忧，影响开发体验。

需要寻找基于原生实现的方案，这方面包括：

es-build
swc、swc-node
