A curiosity about changing meeting dates and times 2024

I know this is an easy adjustment to make, and some congregations use KH on their own. But in KH with more than one congregation there are changes in meeting days. Would an option informing the change of the meeting day be too complicated? Or in the first week of January of each year, it would be possible for M3 to issue a warning, perhaps even opening the meeting configuration tab asking to confirm or adjust meeting days and times (and if you ignore the warning, the information will remain the same)

Hi @e-Feitosa, I think we should do more than give a warning. Right now, you can't correctly prepare media for next year if you rotate each year. I'll put in on the list of enhancements for the upcoming refactor. The precise implementation isn't clear to me yet.

One suggestion is to include in the MS (Meeting Setup) section the option to choose the year, this would be part of the configuration, choose the current year, and in December, around the 15th, the system starts displaying a notification asking you to configure the meetings of the following year, and in the last week of the year, it becomes a mandatory item before closing the program to change the day/time or keep it the same or perhaps it would be asked in the form of questions, like: Your meeting will change the day /time next year, if yes, it is mandatory to inform, if not, the program ends.
