Currentl we need to store the S-34 on a computer, then each time select it using "JWPUB" tab and only afterwards it's possible to import desired media.

Describe your idea

My idea is to download the S-34.jwpub doc only once, import it in M³ and then be able to quickly select a public talk name and import corresponding illustrations.

The key aspects:
• Select the S-34 file and let the app remember its location.
• Would be wonderful to be able to sync it somehow, but I'm highly doubt that it's possible due to limited access to the file.
• When opening the S-34 (or perpahs better "Public talks" for more human communication) the list of talks should be visible straight away.
• After selecting the today's talk, you can import all the media in a few clicks.
• In the media list, we can also show the public talk number and name to make it easier to navigate and exclude misclicking factor (e.g I clicked #37 instead of #38 and ready to show wrong images).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently keeping a file on KH computer, and each time importing it into M³. It's a bit compicated for some brothers to navigate between "JWPUB", "JWPLAYLIST", "JW.ORG" tabs and wondering which tab should they choose to import the file. Moreover not everyone might understand that the file is .jwpub, especially when it was set up a while ago by another brother.

Additionally, we tried the following way, which is more complicated:

1. Open JW Library
2. Find imported S-34 file
3. Open a desired public talk
4. Create a playlist from all media used
5. Export JW Library playlist
6. Import it into M³ as JWLPLAYLIST

Hi @ux-git, we plan on adding a setting to indicate the S-34 location, like you're suggesting. This is on the roadmap for the upcoming refactor.
