This repository contains the sources of all java modules/libraries needed to build the SIRIUS software including:
- Isotope Pattern analysis
- Fragmentation Tree computation
- ZODIAC - Network based molecular formula ranking
- CSI:FingerID - Fingerprint prediction
- CSI:FingerID - Structure DB search
- COSMIC - Confidence Score estimation
- CANOPUS - Compound class prediction
