<p>SITCON 的淵源始於資訊社群。一群在開源人年會 (COSCUP) 當志工的學生們，因為一句「我們來辦屬於學生的 conference 吧！」而在一天一夜之間挖出了這個大坑；篳路藍縷、白手起家，我們對於每個人愉快公平的參與 SITCON 是非常重視的。</p>
<p>為什麼資訊社群能讓大家開心的留在這裡，而社群夥伴之間又該如何相處呢？有一些有趣的、我們稱作開源精神（the spirit of open source）的合作方式，希望大家能慢慢習慣噢。</p>
<p>底下我們會舉一些常見的理念。</p>
