Custom heads are invisible

What happened?

Love the shader! But any custom heads placed around are completely invisible like they're not even there. Our server allows player head drops when they are killed in pvp. Players place them as trophies or some even use this to make custom decor. I can't see any of them when the shader is on. I'm on 1.21.3 using fabric.

Not sure how to pull this, but I've not changed any settings. They're whatever the default for the pack was.
