一种办法是直接将目录里的章节名一起改掉，使用 \chapter[目录和页眉的章节名]{章节名全称} |

章节名比较长，导致左右两边的页眉重叠在一起了。
所以我在想能否自定义每个章节的页眉内容，比如起一个缩写的章节名？
