Allow users and/or product owners to flag plugins as no longer supported. For instance, CSSketch is no longer supported by the developer, and does not work with the newest versions of Sketch. The only way to know this, however, is to visit the developer page.

If plugins could be tagged an unsupported, and users could then hide plugins with this flag, it would stop a lot of erroneous installations.

Possibly this could be combined w/ the Sketch Versions feature suggestion.
