Can anybody explain me what is this part of the message shown on log window?

those numbers are the difficulty of the nonces found by the ASIC compared to the difficulty threshold of the pool. if the first number is bigger than the second you should see a mining.submit message in the log. This means esp-miner is submitting the share to your pool.
