[UK] Just received my 6x Bitaxe's & Purchased components!

Hi all,

I've just received my first batch of Bitaxe's from JLCPCB. These cost me around $7 which is roughly just over £5.50.

I've also put in a purchase order with DigiKey. Even though they have a UK website, it seems like the parts are being shipped from the US. Despite this, the component cost + shipping + VAT totals to just over £50. I tried CPC Farnell, and the BOM came to over £250 which I thought was a joke. So, DigiKey for the win for their price!

So far, that's under £60 for one of these beauties to be built compared to over £100 for them prebuilt + shipped. That's quite a saving.

I've attached a photo below of them as they arrived (they were vacuum sealed and packed nicely in a box).

Once the parts arrive, I'll bust out my soldering gear and commence the build and update this post with the progress!

Looking forward to getting back into the Bitcoin game (for solo mining) again after 11 years out of the game!
