yes, there are test points connected to the ESP32 serial programming pins. You can see how the TPxx test points are mapped in the KiCad schematic.

I'm a complete idiot, I ruined the connectors for the TC2030-IDC-NL Tag Connect Cable (which I dont have, was trying to improvise....sigh.)
Is there any other way to connect the esp-programmer? Soldering cables on the backside perhaps? I cant seem to find an explanation / legend for all the TPxx.
