Bitaxe DIY Kit with or without D1

I love your idea & the work you are doing 🎉

I ordered the Bitaxe DIY Kit https://d-central.tech/product/bitaxe-diy-kit/, baked it and got confused about D1.
I got a diode D1 in the packaging, but in the description of d-central it is not mentioned. Should it be soldered onto the board or not?

Hi There, sorry no one answered your question. Were you able to get things working? As far as I can tell D1 should be used. Which version are you building, or did you build?
